You can find a product by using the Select Store
Department drop down to browse directly to the department
or you can type in the keywords into the Search box
located in the upper right-hand corner of the site,
followed by clicking the Search button. (I would give
a specific example of trying to locate a brush or other
popular item that will always be on the site.)
There are two ways to create an account. When checking
out, you will have the option to Create a New Account.
[This varies depending on the setting used under Store
Settings, Store Management for the Pipeline. Currently
your store is set to Express, which allows for this
option.] You may also create an account at any time,
regardless of whether you place an order at that time,
by clicking on the "my account" link found
in the upper right-hand corner of the site, followed
by using the link which notes "If you haven't registered
yet, please Continue Here."
All required fields are noted with an asterisk. Please
note that it is possible for the user name of your choice
to have already been taken. In this event, the store
will display a message denoting that the user name in
question has been taken and an alternate choice will
need to be made.
When you click on Check Out, the store will ask you
to provide your user name and password if you have previously
registered with us. [This varies depending on the setting
used under Store Settings, Store Management for the
Pipeline. Currently your store is set to Express, which
allows for this option.] If you have forgotten your
user name and/or password, use the "Forgotten your
password?" link to have it emailed to you.
to Use Express Checkout
If you do not wish to register with us, you may use
the express checkout. After clicking the check out link
located in the upper right-hand side of the site, click
the "Go Directly to Check Out" link to use
the Express Checkout.
to Use Shopping Cart
To add an item to your cart, specify the quantity
of the item you would like to order if it is different
from the default, and click the Order button.
[To access your cart, click the View Cart link located
on the upper right-hand side of the site.] To remove
items from your shopping cart, check the Remove box
to the right of each item name in your basket that you
would like to remove. Click Update Cart to remove the
To view an item in your shopping cart, click on the
Name of the product.
to Complete Order
You may click the Check Out link [located ...] at
any time to place your order. Alternatively, to complete
an order while viewing your basket contents, you may
click the Check Out button. If you have previously registered
with us, fill in your User Name and Password, followed
by clicking the Login button. If not, you may register
with us by using the "Create a New Account"
link. [List the advantages of registering, such as being
able to check order status, not required to fill out
address every time, etc.] If you would prefer not to
register with us, use the "Go Directly to Check
Out" to use the Express Checkout.
If you are using the Express Checkout, you will need
to complete the billing and shipping address information
and click Continue.
On the shipping and payment method screen, please review
your billing and shipping information, select the desired
shipping method, and the method of payment you would
like to use. Click Continue.
On the payment screen, please review your invoice preview
to ensure everything looks correct. If you have chosen
to pay by credit card, you will also need to complete
the card information. Click Place Order to place your
order with us.
to View Past Orders
Viewing past orders is only available for customers
who have registered and used their registration information
during check out. Use the "my account" link
to login to your account. On the following screen, use
the "View my past orders" link to view the
status of your orders.
to Create Wish List
Select the items you want into your shopping cart.
Then select Save Cart "Wish List" and enter
your email address and the email address of the person
you want to send your 'hint' (wish list) to along with
a message. The contents of your cart will be saved with
an ID number that will then be emailed to both of you.
Your (or your friend) will be able to retrieve the contents
of the wish list by returning to the site and clicking
on 'check out'. Just insert the wish list ID from your
email and the contents of the cart will reappear like
